Before you write: quick fixes
Many problems have a known fix that takes less time than waiting for a reply. It is worth checking these first:

- What happens — the exact error message if there is one, and the steps that lead to it.
- What you have already tried — restarting, clearing cache, reinstalling and so on.
- A screenshot if you can take one. It often says more than a paragraph.

A guide is out of date
Device menus change. If a step in one of our guides no longer matches your screen, send us the page address and what you see instead. We correct guides as soon as we can confirm the change.
Feature requests
Ideas for the app or the website are welcome. Channel requests are best made from inside the app using the request option in the side menu, because they go straight to the right place.
Content and copyright concerns
Live NetTV does not host video. If you are a rights holder and have a concern about a specific link that appears in the app, email us with the subject line Content notice, and include the channel name, the nature of your rights and your contact details. We review every notice and act on valid requests.

For partnership or advertising enquiries, email us with the subject line Business and a short description of what you have in mind.
Privacy
We use the details you send only to answer your message. We never ask for passwords, payment details or account logins by email. If anyone claiming to be from Live NetTV asks for these, it is not us. How we handle data on this website is explained in our Privacy Policy.
