Live NetTV v5.0Short answer: NOW (the service formerly called NOW TV) has an official app in the Amazon Appstore. It works on the Fire TV Stick 2nd generation and later, including the Fire TV Stick Lite, 4K and 4K Max, and on the Fire TV Cube 2nd and 3rd generation. The original first-generation Fire TV Stick is not supported.

To see which model you have, go to Settings › My Fire TV › About. On the newer Vega OS Fire TV sticks, check the Appstore on the stick, since apps for Vega OS are still rolling out. NOW's own device list is the final word, and it can differ slightly between the UK and Ireland.
How to install NOW on a Firestick
- On the Fire TV home screen, select Find › Search.
- Type NOW and select the official NOW app.
- Choose Get (or Download) and wait for it to install.
- Open it and sign in with your NOW account. Your active Memberships, such as Entertainment, Cinema or Sports, unlock their channels.
NOW not working on Firestick? Fix it in this order
- Restart properly. Unplug the Firestick from power for at least a minute, then plug it back in. A quick restart from the menu does not clear everything.
- Clear the app's cache. Go to Settings › Applications › Manage Installed Applications › NOW, choose Force Stop, then Clear Cache.
- Clear data if it still fails. In the same menu choose Clear Data. You will need to sign in again.
- Update the app and the Firestick. Check the app in the Appstore for an update, then Settings › My Fire TV › About › Check for Updates.
- Reinstall. Uninstall NOW, restart the stick, and install it again from the Amazon Appstore.
- Check your connection. Run our speed test on the stick. If NOW keeps freezing or buffering, see Firestick keeps buffering.
- Check for an outage. If NOW fails on every device in your home, the problem is on NOW's side; wait and try again later.

Why won't NOW download on my Fire Stick?
Most often the stick is a first-generation model, which NOW does not support, or it is out of storage. Check your model under Settings › My Fire TV › About and free up space.
Why does NOW keep freezing on my Firestick?
Usually a weak Wi-Fi signal or a full cache. Clear the NOW app's cache, restart the stick, and test your speed on the stick itself.
Is NOW included with Amazon Prime?
No. NOW is a separate subscription from Sky; Prime Video is a different service.
Can I watch Sky Sports on Firestick legally?
